All our production partners are leading garment manufacturers in Bangladesh. All of our factories are compliant with social, ethical, Eco-Friendly aspects in regular practice of RMG industry. Majority of our factories are compliant with ACCORD/ ALLIANCE/ RSC, LEED, BREEAM, BSCI, WRAP, CTPAT, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, RCS & GRS (Recycle), OCS & GOTS (organic) Etc. Our factories are mostly vertical set up with design and product development support. Laundries are capable of doing sustainable washes including OZONE, EIM, LASER, ZDHC, LESS WATER, BIO ETP facilities.

Reference guide to all vendors on our process controls, quality assurance and control techniques to achieve customer quality, testing, measurement, appearance, packaging and delivery requirements

PRE-PRODUCTION

Our Pre production process has been developed to “in build quality in to the product”. Objective is to agree on process controls and QMS to detect defects and non-conformities early in the process.

PILOT RUN

Pilot or the size set confirms grading, measurements, print or embellishment application placement and durability. The trial is conducted to test capabilities before bulk.

INLINE

Our QC teams follow stringent SOP and audit procedure to assure the required quality being maintained to AQL 2.5.

FINAL INSPECTION

Final inspection performed by well trained Quality Control Inspector.

TRAINING

Quality team has been continuously trained for auditing, quality control and assurance in factories for, TQM, Six Sigma practices and concepts.

PAM TAILOR TEXTILE LAB TEST SERVICES

COLOR MANAGEMENT

Controlled at one location and cross-checked country-wise. Database to monitor mills for colour terminology and approvals. We develop a brand specific SOP as per the customer requirement. Efficient collaboration between customers for lab dip and 1st bulk approvals.

FABRIC MANAGEMENT

PAM TAILOR develops fabrics directly with the mill and customer. The focus is on delivering a cost-effective sourcing method ensuring the fabric is in-line with the customer’s hand writing and quality expectation. Fabrics are monitored and controlled throughout the production with fabric technicians and quality team procedures and reports.
